Refund Policy
Dale’s Ballroom Dancing handles cancellations and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to cancel your lesson/ or class, you are required to notify Dale 24 hours before the lesson/ or class with a valid reason for cancellation. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon as soon as possible. Failure to notify Dale before this time will result in a fee of the full amount of the lesson. Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Dale’s Ballroom Dancing.
